Please remember that scores are only shown in HAC once entered by the teacher. HAC provides families instant access to their children’s academic information, including individual classroom assignments, test scores, and grades. HAC is managed in a password-protected environment. Parents/Guardians with students in grades 4 through 12 as well as students can also view classwork, grade summaries, interim progress reports, daily summaries, and their children’s schedules. Through HAC, all parents/guardians with students in kindergarten through grade 12 can view attendance information. Timely and detailed communication through HAC can increase the partnership between home and school. Students perform better in school when their parents are proactively involved in their education. Home Access Center (HAC) provides families and students with 24/7 access to their children's academic information. Don’t forget to click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the Edit Information window to save your changes. Click on the Registration link in the main menu and then click on the “Edit Information” link. Parents and Guardians can now update their email address and/or phone numbers in the Home Access Center. Then you can select the email address, copy it, and paste it into your email. If you use a web-based email provider (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) right-click on the teacher’s name and then select Properties in the pop-up that appears. If you have an email application that auto-opens when you click on an email address (Outlook), the teacher’s email address will automatically fill the “To:” field of the email.
